When processing personal data, we use only properly selected procedures and also adequate methods of personal data security in order to process personal data in a trustworthy and transparent manner in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, as amended. The cited Regulation is available, for example, on the EUR-Lex web portal (allowing access to European Union law) at the URL <https://eur-lex.europa.eu>.

We hereby inform you that for the purposes of: responding to your interest in the services of FOXT s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the inquiry) and related communications, including any legal actions you may take in connection with or related to this interest, the Administrator will process your personal data to the extent that it is provided by you as the data subject:

We would like to inform you that the above-mentioned purposes of processing represent the legitimate interests of the Controller in order to be able to process the enquiry and to take the necessary steps related to this.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the above processing purposes are related to the processing of personal data that may be necessary for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract and may also be necessary for the performance of a contract to which you would be a party.


If the enquiry does not lead to the ordering of a service/contract on the basis of or in connection with the enquiry, the personal data shall be processed for the above-mentioned purposes for a maximum period of three (3) years from the moment they were obtained from you; however, for a longer period if, taking into account all the circumstances, it is apparent that the enquiry is still relevant to you on the basis of your communications.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by the following processors:

We would like to inform you that as a data subject you have in particular the following rights:

  • the right of access to personal data, in particular to obtain information from the Controller as to whether or not your personal data is processed and, if it is processed, then:
  • for what purposes,
  • the categories of personal data concerned,
  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed,
  • the intended period for which the personal data will be stored,
  • the existence of the right to request the controller to rectify or erase the personal data, the right to object,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
  • any available information about the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained from the data subject,
  • the fact that automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place,
  • the right to rectification or completion,
  • the right to erasure,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object,
  • the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making with legal or similar effects, including profiling,
